2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1 cup cottage cheese
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 cup rolled oat
In medium bowl stir egg whites, cottage cheese and soup mix until well combined.
Stir in oats. Shape into patties.
Spray large skillet with non-stick spray, heat over medium heat.
Add patties, cook until golden brown.
Add favorite toppings and serve on a bun.
